GuideVision has introduced a new pricing plan of SnowMirror that will better align our licensing structure to that of ServiceNow. We believe the new plan will set up a more streamlined price structure that meets the needs of SnowMirror clients, enable easier orientation in the pricing model and simplify the internal decision-making process within companies.
The new pricing model will come into effect as of April 1st, 2022 and will impact new contracts and contract renewals. All SnowMirror customers will be contacted well in advance of their renewal deadline to discuss the most suitable pricing option for them.
The change does not have an immediate effect on ongoing contracts or valid proposals. All current customers will continue to receive our services at the current pricing until the due date of their contract renewal.
